We get it…your system may not be brand new, but it’s not ‘that’ old, and you don’t really want to change it at the moment, in fact the chances are that it still provides all the features and functions you need. However, it’s not all about new systems here at Mainstream Digital, and we can help you ensure that your current telephone system stays in good working order, so you can get the most from your investment.

We always try to understand the needs of our customers first and foremost.  This is so that we can provide you with the best, most honest advice on your telephone systems and communication needs. We understand that if you have bought a new telephone system in the last 2 or 3 years, it’s still quite new and we would not expect you to want (or need) to change it for another few years at least. However, you will want to get the most from that asset until it either becomes uneconomic to repair or just does not fit the needs of your growing company.

As a telecoms provider of over 25 years, we know that not everyone wants to change their telephone system after a few years.  That’s why we offer maintenance packages on a wide range of equipment, including Samsung, Panasonic and Avaya.

We don’t need to have been the original supplier or installer in order to maintain your system, we don’t even need to take over your phone lines (unless you want us to).  First, we will check your system is in good working order and that there is a good availability of parts for that system.  If any work is required to bring the system up to date (in terms of software licences etc.) we can advise you of any costs before committing to the maintenance. In this way you can be assured that there should be no nasty surprises if you do need to replace any parts, and as parts do become scarce, we will keep you informed so you can make decisions on the right time for you to replace or upgrade your telephone system. You can remain with your current service providers until you are ready to renew and then we would welcome the opportunity to quote you for a system

For most companies, there will be changes over the months that can affect the setup of your telephone system such as changes to extension names and hunt groups etc. We are also able to adjust auto attendant menus, out of office settings and night service times and actions. In fact, most updates, tweaks, fixes and changes can be done remotely, as long as we have access to dial into your system.

More importantly, we are also able to interrogate the system diagnostics should a problem arise, and so can quickly establish the type of fix required and if new parts are needed.  These can be ordered and dispatched directly to site or can often be pre-configured by Mainstream before being dispatched to site.

You may also have heard about the planned ISDN switch off in 2025 and may already be starting to look at alternatives for the future with SIP and VOIP based systems.  However, many of the popular telephone systems sold in the last 5 years are already able to work with SIP/VOIP technology and our trained engineers will be able to advise you on the best course of action, so you have all the information you need to make informed decisions to upgrade or replace.

We believe in giving you options, so you can control when and how you change, and we can help you prepare for the future in the best way for you and your business, protecting your investment until you are ready to change.
